ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging violation of the order dt.13.06.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.19356 of 2018. 2.

The writ petition was disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the District Educational Officer for his retention. This Court further observed that if such a representation is made by the petitioner, the same shall be considered before affecting transfers.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Services-I has produced a copy of the order dt.19.06.2018 passed by the respondent, whereunder the case of the petitioner was considered on the representation made by him on 15.06.2018 and orders were passed rejecting the request of the petitioner for his retention. 4.

In view of the order dt.19.06.2019 passed by the respondent and communication of the same to the petitioner, it cannot be said that the respondent has violated the order passed by this Court deliberately and willfully warranting initiation of contempt proceedings.

Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
