When the matter was called on 12.09.2016, there was no representation for the appellants and, therefore, the matter was directed to be listed on 14.09.2016 under the caption "For Dismissal". On 14.09.2016, at request of the learned counsel for the appellants, the matter was again adjourned to today. Today, despite listing the matter under the caption "For Dismissal", neither the appellants are present nor is there any representation made on their behalf. 2.

The Second Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed for nonprosecution. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal, shall stand dismissed.
