Nageswara Rao, learned counsel for the appellant, seeks permission of the Court to allow him to withdraw the instant appeal. It is also represented by him that earlier 16 appeals were filed and out of them, 15 appeals were already withdrawn by addressing letters to the Registry. Permission is accorded for withdrawing the instant appeal.

Hence, the instant appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the appeal shall stand dismissed.
