This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"To declare the action of the respondents herein, particularly the first respondent herein in keeping pending the mining lease application dated 12/03/2012 of the petitioner for grant of Laterite over an extent of Ac:10-03 guntas in survey Nos. 25/2 and 26/2, of Mallampally village, Mulug Mandal, Warangal district on their own patta land is illegal and further to direct the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's mining lease application dated 12/3/2012 for grant of Laterite over an extent of Ac:10-03 guntas in survey8 Nos. 25/2 and 26/2 of Mallampally village, Mulug Mandal, Warangal district and to pass such other suitable orders as this court may deems fit and

proper in the circumstances of the case."

2 . Heard Sri K. Rajanna, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology for the respondents.

When the matter is called today, it is brought to the notice of this court by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology that in identical set of circumstances, this court disposed of WP.No. 23290 of 2015 on 28/7/2015 and a copy of the said order is placed on record by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. In view of the same and for the reasons recorded in the said order, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents herein to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioners mining lease application dated 12/03/2012 for grant of Laterite over an extent of Ac:10-03 guntas in survey Nos. 25/2 and 26/2 of Mallampally village, Mulug Mandal, Warangal district, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. No costs.

6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
