THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.1013 of 2010 ORDER:

This appeal is preferred questioning order dated 10.11.2010 in I.A.No.1183 of 2010 in O.S.No.178 of 2010 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Pithapuram.

2. Trial Court, through impugned order dated 10.11.2010, appointed an advocate receiver to auction cultivating rights for the year 2010 - 2011 and deposit sale proceeds into Court. 3.

As seen from office note, as no interim order was granted in this appeal suit was disposed of and decreed on 18.03.2013 on ex parte basis and records were also sent to District Court.

4. As the main suit itself is disposed of, nothing survives in this appeal for adjudication.

Therefore, appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
