HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9523 of 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition, under sections 437 & 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is filed by the petitioners-Accused Nos.1 to 3 seeking to grant bail in connection with crime No.159 of 2015 on the file of Charminar Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 397 IPC.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegation against the petitioners is that they entered into the house of the de facto complainant and snatched away the gold ornaments and also cash by threatening the de facto complainant and her family members by showing knives.

Since the allegations against the petitioners are so serious in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.
