HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY Writ Petition No.17630 of 2006 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed with the following prayer : "to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly a writ in the nature of mandamus under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to declare that Act 2 of 1994 is not applicable to the petitioner without issuing any proceeding to the petitioner by striking out the petitioner's name and removing by communicating to the 1st respondent the action of the 2nd respondent as illegal and arbitrary and consequently set aside the removal proceeding of petitioner in vide RC No.1084/2005B, dated 18-05-2006" The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim order dated 25-08-2006 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.22105 of 2006, the petitioner was continued and later the petitioner was selected and appointment order was issued by Kadapa District Cooperative Central Bank Limited and he is continuing in service and as such, no further orders are required in the Writ Petition.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
