In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/A1 to A3 seek to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.487 of 2005 on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (Mahila Court), Hyderabad which was registered against them for the offence under Section 498A IPC. 2) When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 01.02.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Begumpet P.S, Hyderabad City and submitted that this case has been compromised before the Lok Adalat on 22.03.2014 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.487 of 2005 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

3) There is no representation for petitioners.
