THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5203 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 20.06.2017 passed in I.A.No.1217 of 2016 in O.S.No.64 of 2012 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Proddatur, YSR Kadapa District. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is accorded.

Granting the liberty as sought for, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
