When the matter came up for hearing, Sri M.V.S. Suresh Kumar, learned counsel for the appellants, reports no instructions in the matter.

It appears that the appellants are not evincing any interest in prosecuting the present appeal, having suffered decree dated 29.03.2000, passed in O.S.No.155 of 1989 by the II Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. 3.

Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
