CVNRJ & GSP, J W.A.No.749 of 2016 24.08.2016 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ appeal is filed against the common order, dated 31.12.2015, in respect of W.P.No.27917 of 2015. 2.

At the hearing, Mr.L.J.Veera Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants, has fairly conceded that this Court, by judgment, dated 16.08.2016, dismissed with certain observations W.A.No.719 of 2016 filed against the common order, which is impugned in this writ appeal. 3.

For the same reasons, on which the aforesaid W.A.No.719 of 2016 was dismissed on 16.08.2016, this Writ Appeal is also dismissed, with the direction that the reasons and observations contained therein shall form part of this order.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Appeal, W.A.M.P.No.1866 of 2016 filed by the appellants for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
