- 2 - THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.16031 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following relief :

".....declaring the Award of the 1st respondent herein in I.D.No.175 of 2001 dated 17.05.2005 holding that the termination of the service of the petitioner is justified as illegal, arbitrary, bad in law and excess utilization of its power and consequently direct the respondents to engage petitioner and regularize in service in due course....". 2.

When the matter is taken up learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for State Bank of India, submits that the subject matter of the writ petition is covered by the decision of Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.1268 of 2014 & batch dated 20.03.2019. The Division Bench disposed of batch of cases with the following directions : "9. In the result, these writ appeals are ordered :

(1) affirming the impugned common order of the learned single Judge to the extent it sets aside the common award dated 17.05.2005 of the Industrial Tribunal;

(2) the further findings and directions issued through the impugned common order are vacated ;

(3) all the matters shall be remitted to the Industrial Tribunal with a direction to dispose of them within an outer limit of five (5) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order; and

(4) the parties to make appearance before the Tribunal on the given date."
