HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN WRIT PETITION No.11501 OF 2009 ORDER:

Smt. K. Udaya Sri, Learned Counsel for the petitioner would state that the jurisdiction of this Court was invoked by the petitioner on the ground that the application for appointment of a dealer was not considered; by virtue of the interim order in WPMP No.14803 of 2009 dated 12.06.2009, the respondents were directed not to finalise appointment of Dealership in respect of the retail outlet at Serial No.225; thereafter the respondents, on their own accord, have appointed the petitioner as a dealer; he is continuing as a dealer till date; and, consequently, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive necessitating any further adjudication by this Court. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
