This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner under Section 397 and 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, aggrieved by the Order dated 18.08.2009 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1621 of 2008 in M.C.No.292 of 2005 by learned Additional Family Judge-cum-Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for trial of Jubilee Hills Car Bomb Blast Casecum-XXIII Additional Chief Judge, Hyderabad. 02.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even on earlier occasion also, there is no representation from the petitioner and the same is recorded and the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and it appears that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting this case.

In view of the above, this Criminal Revision Case is liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution.

Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution. There is no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
