HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

Petitioner claims to be owner and pattadar of small extent of land i.e., Ac.0.62 cents in Sy.No.269/4, Chinthalapatted village, Nagari Mandal. Petitioner applied for conducting of survey and demarcation and fixing of boundary stones. When the application submitted by petitioner to the District Collector, District Collector, in turn, directed the Assistant Director, District Survey and Land Records, who in turn, directed the Tahsildar vide his letter dated 05.02.2018 to undertake exercise of conducting survey. Alleging inaction in conducting survey and fixing boundary stones, this writ petition is filed.

The Tahsildar, Nagari, furnished written instructions to the learned Government Pleader vide his letter Roc.No.A/89/2018 dated 14.03.2018, where under he informed the learned Government Pleader that as per directions of Assistant Director of Survey and Land Records, Chittoor, on 15.03.2018 survey was conducted in the subject land in the presence of writ petitioner and survey stones were also planted. Two photographs were enclosed in proof of conducting of survey on that date. In view of the statement of Tahsildar, which is taken on record, the prayer sought in the writ petition is granted by the respondents and no cause survives for further consideration in the writ petition. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. If petitioner has any other grievance, he is entitled to work out his remedy as available in law.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
