This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.47 of 2016 on the file of Eluru Rural Police Station, West Godavari District.

2. Heard and perused the material available on record.

3. The offences alleged against the petitioner are punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148 and 302 read with 149 I.P.C.

4. The truth or otherwise of the said allegations can be ascertained by the Investigating Agency during the course of investigation. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings against the petitioners in the above crime.
