When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the parties submit that the Contempt Case arises against the interim order passed by this Court on 29.07.2015 in W.P.No.23399 of 2015, whereas subsequently the said Writ Petition was disposed of and therefore no further orders are required to be passed in this Contempt Case.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
