Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Women and Child Welfare appearing for the respondents.

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had worked as Anganwadi Helper in Gadelavanipeta village, Amadalavalsa Municipality, Srikakulam District in 2014 by assisting her grandmother who had been appointed as such Helper in 2002, that she is eligible to hold the said post as she has four years experience, that her grandmother retired on 28-02-2018 and she has submitted a representation on 28-02-2018 to 2nd respondent to appoint her as Angandwadi Helper in any existing post in Amadalavalsa municipality in Srikakulam District.

Petitioner contends that 2nd respondent is not disposing of the said representation.

Learned Government Pleader for Women and Child Welfare appearing for the respondents states that 2nd respondent will consider the said representation within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to consider the said representation within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.
