This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: "....to issue a writ or order or direction, more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct survey and fix the boundaries in between the land of Sadasivapeta Bus Station and the land of the petitioner and the legal heirs of Gulam Sadath Ali in Sy.No.408 of Sadasivapeta Village, basing on the representation dated 25.06.2018 of the petitioner and direct the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.01.2012 and pass necessary orders in accordance with law on the said representation ..." 2.
Heard both sides and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got some land in Survey No.408 of Sadasivapeta Village, Medak District. As the authorities of TSRTC have occupied a portion of his land in Survey No.408 and started constructing a compound wall, the petitioner submitted representation dated 25.06.2018 to the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct a survey and fix the boundary stones in between his land and the RTC. But, so far the respondents have not taken any action.

There is no denial with regard to the petitioner filing representations dated 10.01.2012 and 25.06.2018 before the respondents 1 and 2, to conduct survey in respect of the said land. When representations are filed to conduct survey, they are required to be dealt with in accordance with law. 5.
Since the representations are filed long back and no action has been taken so far, respondent Nos.1 and 2 are directed to dispose of the representations dated 10.01.2012 and 25.06.2019
of the petitioner within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
