THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT Writ Petition No.10770 of 2012 ORDER:
The petitioner prays for the following relief: "...to issue a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in refusing the disbursement of pension in spite of submitting duplicate claim forms with all required documents as being illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory, unjust and violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents to pay the pension along with arrears and interest @ 12% with costs and pass such other order or orders as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interests of justice and fair play."
At the time of hearing, the learned Standing Counsel, Sri P. Vinod Reddy, states that on 31-05-2012 the family pension and other benefits to which the petitioner is entitled to, are settled and paid. The statement is recorded and the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
