HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.2669 of 2014 ORDER:

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: "... to issue an appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not proceeding with the investigation and filing of charge sheet in respect of Crime No.65 of 2013 dated 03.04.2013 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and contrary to Chapter XII of the Criminal Procedure Code and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to conduct the investigation and file a charge sheet in respect of Crime No.65 of 2013 in accordance with law."

Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to the registration of Crime No.65 of 2013, investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed. The Court, below after taking cognizance of the offence, numbered the case as C.C.No.485 of 2015, which is pending trial.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
