ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the 2nd respondent-Assistant Commissioner of Police in calling the petitioner to his office without there being any complaint against him, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that no crime is registered against the petitioner and the local police have never pressurized the petitioner to execute any document. 3.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner except in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
