This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 4 to 6 in not allowing the petitioner to carry on the construction activity/work by interfering with the petitioner's premises bearing No.12-13-99/1, situated at Street No.3, Tarnaka, Secunderabad, without following due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary and contrary to the building permission granted in favour of the petitioner on 24-05-2017 vide permit No.1/C18/04766/2017 under the provisions of GHMC Act, 1955 and for a consequential direction to respondents 4 to 6 not to interfere with construction activity/work of the petitioner. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Sri Chatla Madhu, learned standing counsel for respondents 2 to 6, on instructions submits that the respondents are not interfering with the construction activity of the petitioner. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned standing counsel, writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
