THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.8233 of 2018 ORDER:

The appearance ordered by this Court vide order dated 30.04.2018 is taken note of.

The 3rd respondent/Joint Collector is present in the Court.

Learned counsel for petitioner through letter dated 06.07.2018 seeks liberty of the Court to withdraw W.P.No.8233 of 2018 and file a fresh writ petition with complete pleadings and the documents on which the petitioner relies on.

The counter affidavit filed by the Joint Collector is perused by this Court.

The petitioner, since seeks liberty to withdraw the writ petition and also that the prayer is against inaction in concluding the enquiry, pursuant to order dated 30.11.2016, the request for withdrawing the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition is granted. Since the affidavit has been filed without proper verification, the petitioner is put on terms subject to petitioner depositing Rs.1,000/-(Rupees Thousand only) to the credit of Secretary, Legal Services Authority, State of

Telangana. The petitioner, as and when invokes the jurisdiction of this Court pursuant to liberty granted through this order, is under obligation to append the proof of compliance of condition imposed by this Court. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
