HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.19844 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent in enforcing the order No.01/781(1)2003-TRR, dated 30.08.2003 during pendency of Industrial Dispute proceedings, as illegal and consequently to direct respondent not to recover any amount until adjudication process is over. On 19.09.2003 this Court granted interim stay of recovery of amount and subsequently the same was made absolute on 26.10.2004. Now it is represented that in view of interim orders no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Considering the same, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim order. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
