As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 06.07.2015 and 07.07.2015, the matter was listed to today under the caption "for orders". Even today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in the morning or in the afternoon session. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the petition.
Heard Sri E.Madan Mohan Rao, learned counsel representing fourth respondent.
Learned counsel for the fourth respondent submits that as against the proceedings dated 05.05.2010 issued by the third respondent in favour of the petitioner, the fourth respondent herein filed an appeal before the Joint Collector, Kurnool vide Case No. (E1)/2796/2011. After hearing both sides, the Joint Collector passed final orders on 25.07.2012. In the said appeal the Joint Collector quashed the assignment proceedings issued in favour of the petitioner vide R.Dis.No.136/2010 dated 05.05.2010 and accordingly cancelled the house site pattas. In view of the above, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Hence, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed and the same is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
