THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M. GANGA RAO WRI T PETI TI ON Nos.8304 and 8521 OF 2018 COMMON ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) These two writ petitions call in question the common order dated 07.11.2017 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.Nos.2957 and 3679 of 2016. The petitioner is respondent No.13 in said O.As. By the said common order, the Tribunal set aside the revised result notification dated 22.07.2016 and directed the authorities to consider the case of the applicants for appointment to the eleven unfilled vacancies as per merit and ranking. We are now informed that aggrieved by the very same order in so far as it pertained to O.A.No.2957 of 2016, the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission filed W.P.No.6734 of 2018 before this Court and, by order dated 28.02.2018, this Court dismissed the said writ petition holding that there was no illegality or perversity in the order dated 07.11.2017 passed by the Tribunal.

For reasons alike as were mentioned in the aforestated order and in terms thereof, these writ petitions are also dismissed confirming the order dated 07.11.2017 passed by the Tribunal in O.A.Nos.2957 and 3679 of 2016.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
