337/5/5/ACP/C8/RW/ GHMC/2017 dt. 29-062017 forcing the petitioner to give consent and handover the premises bearing Municipal No. 5-5-337, admeasuring 165 sq yards Near Ek Minar Masjid, Nampally, Hyderabad as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Principles of natural justice, in violation of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India in the interest of Justice..." 2.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 that pursuant to the impugned notice dated 29.06.2017, if the petitioner herein does not give consent for the proposal of handing over his premises bearing municipal No.5-5-337, admeasuring 165 square yards, near: Ek Minar Masjid, Nampally, Hyderabad, the second respondent-Corporation will proceed in the matter in accordance with the provisions of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 and also the Land Acquisition Act.
