Sri V.Raghu, learned counsel for the petitioner, filed a petition in WP MP No.30174 of 2016 seeking permission of the court to withdraw the writ petition. He also addressed a letter dated 02.08.2016 to the Registry to that effect.

Accordingly, WP MP No.30174 of 2016 is ordered and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this writ petition shall stand dismissed in consequence.
