This civil revision petition is filed by the petitionersdefendants under Article 227 of Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 16.8.2017 in I.A.No.209 of 2017 in O.S.No.163 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the Junior Civil Judge at Nidamanoor, Nalgonda District.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the revision with liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted.
