Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Revenue for respondent Nos.1, 5 and 6 and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel offers to appear for respondent Nos.2 to 4 and perused the prayer in the writ petition with supporting affidavit and the other material on record. 2.

Petitioner's grievance is that the application made by her on 20.12.2018 for regularization of the plot belonging to the petitioner under the Layout Regularization Scheme introduced by respondent No.1, is pending consideration with the respondents and the respondents are not disposing of the same.

Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for G.H.M.C. states that respondent No.3 will consider the petitioner's application for regularization under the above Scheme within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. 4.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.3 to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's application, referred to above for regularization under the above scheme, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
