THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.8151 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.) appearing for the official respondents.

When the matter is taken up, written instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Tuni Rural Police Station, East Godavari District are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. In the said instructions, it is stated that basing on the complaint made by the petitioner herein, police have registered Crime No.53 of 2018 on the file of Tuni Rural Police Station, East Godavari District against the unofficial respondent herein for the offences under Sections 354, 323, 500 and 506 read with 34 I.P.C. and during the investigation, the Investigating Officer examined the complainant and other witnesses and recorded the statements of L.Ws.1 to 6. It is further stated that the Investigating Officer made efforts to apprehend the accused but the accused are at large and efforts are continuing to apprehend the accused.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of, by placing on record the written instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Tuni Rural Police Station, East Godavari District. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
