2. Since the respondent has considered the representation dated 07.01.2019 and disposed it of on 25.06.2019, I do not see any reason to punish the respondent for contempt.

3. Therefore, the Contempt Case is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 25.06.2019 if the petitioner is so advised.

4. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No costs.
