This appeal is preferred under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, challenging the judgment and award dated 31.8.2012 passed in O.P.No.62 of 2012 on the file of the Chairman, Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-IV Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Anantapur.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the appellant has sought permission of this court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal. Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal, shall stand closed.
