Learned counsel for petitioner requests the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy of appeal against the cancellation order dated 08.12.2016. 2.

Permission is granted.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty as prayed for. If the appeal is filed along with stay petition within two

(2) weeks from today,

1. The third respondent is directed to fix a date for hearing of stay petition within two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and pass orders as are warranted in the fact situation of the case.

2. The second respondent is further directed to hear and dispose of the appeal within three (3) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
