The Depot Manager v. The Labour Court

HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.2027 OF 2003 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for the following relief: " .. to call for the records relating to I.D.No.291/98 on the file of the Labour Court Ananthapur and set aside the award dated.29-10-2001 by issuing appropriate Writ, Order or Direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of Certiorari.."

After perusing the material available on record, I do not see any reason to interfere with the order impugned in the writ petition. Learned counsel for petitioner further submits that the 2nd respondent-workman was reinstated in to service, subsequently retired on superannuation and is no more.
