As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 21.7.2011, the matter was listed to 21.8.2015 and thereafter, to 6.11.2015. On 6.11.2015 also, as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the matter is listed to today under the caption "for dismissal". In spite of the matter being posted under the caption "for dismissal," even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in the morning or in afternoon session. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the petition.

2. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
