THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI W.P.No.10638 of 2015 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following relief:- ".... to issue an appropriate writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of "Writ of Mandamus" declaring the action of the 6th respondent in not approving the admission of the petitioner in B.Tech Course under Later Entry Category as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and in violation of the directions of this Hon'ble Court passed in W.P.No.38793 of 2014 and consequently direct the respondents to forthwith approve the admission of the petitioner into B.Tech (Lateral Entry) Course and permit the petitioner to complete his B.
Tech course without any hindrance and issue certifies accordingly and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit just and proper in the circumstances of the case." When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel for respondents 5 and 6 that the issue in the present case is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.38791 of 2014 and batch, dated 17-12-2014. A copy of the said order is placed on record by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Following the said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to examine the matter and pass appropriate orders expeditiously preferably within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. Registry to annex copy of order in W.P.No.38791 of 2014 and batch, dated 17-12-2014 to this order.
