The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner herein to file a memo before the lower Court for extension of stay with anti-date and not to enforce the warrant if at all the stay is in operation. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
