This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in F.I.R.No. 32 of 2013 on the file of Mandapeta Town Police Station, East Godavari District. Learned Public Prosecutor has brought to my notice that after conducting a detailed investigation into the crime, the police have filed a final report on 20.09.2013 disclosing the contents of the complaint as false. In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is allowed.
