ORDER:
Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for the first respondent and learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent.
This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of respondentUniversity in not declaring the results of the students of II, III and IV year Engineering course and in not issuing provisional certificates to the final year students on account of non-payment of Common Services Fee. This Court by order dated 03.07.2015 dismissed Writ Petition No. 9799 of 2015 and batch relating to Common Services Fee to be collected from students and remitting to the concerned university as the said fee was fixed by the Fee Regulatory Committee constituted by the Government. In the circumstances, the relief sought for in this Writ Petition cannot be granted and the Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed. The Writ Petition is dismissed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed. No costs.
