When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed by the counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are working in the 3rd respondent's college and the petitioners are seeking absorption into aided service. 2.

It is contended that the proposals were sent for approval and this Hon'ble High Court on 8.10.2002 directed the respondents to pass orders on the said proposals.

Having considered the said submission and in view of the interim orders, no further orders are necessary.

Writ Petition is accordingly closed.
