Having regard to the facts of the case, Sri Putluri Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedy as and when adverse decision is taken against the petitioners.

Permission is accorded.

The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for by the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
