This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners/ defendants, assailing the order, dated 20.09.2013, of the learned VIII Additional District & Sessions Judge, Vijayawada, passed in I.A.No.1123 of 2012 in O.S.No.194 of 2007.

There is no representation for the petitioners. The learned counsel for the respondent/ plaintiff is present. The Registry of this Court brings to the notice of this Court that the learned Judge of the Court below informed the Registry that the suit itself was decreed without costs on 28.10.2016. In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition. 3 .
