This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner-accused in C.C. No.236 of 2015 on the file of the Court of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tiruvuru.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to file a petition under Section 205 of Cr.P.C., before the trial court. Permission is granted. 3.
