The petitioners pray for the following relief: "........to declare the action of the respondents more particularly the action of respondents 3 and 4 in trying to interfere with peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners herein from Ac.0-76 cents out of Ac.2-22 cents in R.S.No.22/1, Ac.1-16 cents in R.S.No.222/2B and Ac.1-16 cents out of Ac.16-28 cents in R.S.No.237/3, Ac.0-03 cents in R.S.No.219/2B, Ac.0-04 cents out of Ac.0-09 cents in R.S.No.219/3B, Ac.0-51 cents out of Ac.4-95 cents in R.S.No.219/4B, Ac.0-91 cents out of Ac.7-08 cents in R.S.No.221/1B and Ac.0-01 cent out of Ac.11-35 cents in R.S.No.232/2, Ac.0-01 cents out of Ac.11-35 cents in R.S.No.232/2 of Koya Rajahmundry Village, Buttaigudem Mandal, West Godavari District for the purpose of Chintalapudi Lift Irrigation Scheme Branch Canal-I, without passing any award and without paying any compensation as illegal, arbitrary and unjust......."
Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the respondents have already set in motion the steps required under Act 30 of 2013 and the possession and enjoyment of petitioners will not be dispossessed, till the process initiated under Act 30 of 2013 is completed and compensation is paid to petitioners.
The statement of learned Government Pleader is placed on record.
