THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.37104 of 2015 ORDER:

Sri Mohammed Irfan, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, a crime was registered upon the complaint made by his client and investigation is ongoing. Learned counsel states that in the light of this development, the police authorities may be directed to complete the investigation and take appropriate steps in the matter thereupon expeditiously. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the police authorities concerned to expedite the investigation in Crime No.262 of 2016 on the file of Adibatla Police Station, Nadergul, Ranga Reddy District, and take appropriate action in the matter thereafter in accordance with the due procedure.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
