O R D E R

Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent - Insurance Company submits that in pursuance of the interim order of this court, the respondents have considered the representation of the petitioner and passed order on 07.03.2018, and communicated the same to the petitioner.

On 29.03.2019, when the matter was listed, leaned counsel for the petitioner sought time for instructions. Today there is no representation for the petitioner either in the forenoon or in the afternoon. As the order of this court has been complied with, I do not find any contempt on the part of the respondents, and the contempt case is accordingly dismissed, with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the proceedings dated 07.03.2018 in accordance with law.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
