HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CONTEMPT CASE No.168 OF 2017 ORDER: (Per Justice C.Praveen Kumar) The present Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act stating that the respondent has willfully and deliberately disobeyed the orders passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.42407 of 2016 in W.P.No.27211 of 2016. A perusal of the record would show that by an order dated 13.02.2017 this Court passed the following order in W.P.No.27211 of 2016. " Pursuant to the interim order passed on the previous date of hearing ie.02.02.2017, the students have been permitted to write the examinations. What remains is only the issue of order of affiliation. Once the University issues the order of affiliation, nothing further would remain to be done.

Therefore, with a direction to the University to comply with the previous order granting affiliation, writ petition is closed." In view of the fact that the writ petition is already closed, nothing survives for adjudication in this case. Hence, the Contempt Case is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
