Counsel for the petitioner : Mr.N.Bhujanga Rao Review I.A.No.2 of 2025 The present is the petition seeking review of the order dated 11.04.2025 passed in CRP.No.1091 of 2025. Vide the impugned order, this Court had rejected the CRP filed by petitioner-J.Dr.No.2 seeking suspension of the order dated 10.03.2025 in EP.No.31 of in O.S.No.2077 of 2010 pending before the I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar. Though learned counsel for the petitioner raised various grounds assailing the order, but all those grounds were mentioned into the merits and conclusions arrived at by this Bench. Those grounds which have been raised are not grounds which would be permissible in the course of entertaining a review petition or while exercising the review jurisdiction. So far as the review is concerned, the law now well settled that there must be a case made out strictly in accordance within the parameters of the provision under Order XLVII Rule 1 of C.P.C. i.e. an error apparent on the face of record.

This Court does not find any such ground made out by the petitioner for this Court to hold that the conclusion arrived at by this Court while disposing of CRP.No.1091 of 2025, there is an error apparent on the face of record which has been crept up so as to attract the provisions of Order XLVII Rule 1 of C.P.C. In the absence of which, this applications fails and is accordingly rejected. ________ PSK,J nvl/aks
